What do we mean by small? Just about everything under the sun except for major kitchen/laundry appliances and TVs over 43″.

Exchange or Return of Goods

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition with all security seals and factory packaging intact.

  • Inclusions: All original accessories, manuals, and promotional "free gifts" must be included in the return package.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid Order Number or Invoice must be provided.

2. Return Windows (Global Standards)

We respect local consumer protections and offer the following timeframes:

  • Change of Mind / Cooling-off Period: * EU/UK: 14 days from delivery.

    • USA/Australia/Rest of World: 15 days from delivery.

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: You must report any manufacturing defects or shipping damages within 30 days of receipt.

  • Warranty Claims: After the initial 30-day window, products are covered under the Alletron Limited Warranty or the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12–24 months).

Important Note on Customs & Duties: Import duties, VAT, or GST paid to your local government are non-refundable by Alletron. You may, however, apply for a duty drawback with your local customs office by providing proof of the return.

4. The RMA Process (Return Merchandise Authorization)

To ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently, we follow a strict RMA protocol:

  1. Request: Email contact@alletron.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Authorization: You will receive an RMA Number and the address of our nearest Regional Distribution Hub (USA, Europe, or Hong Kong).

  3. Shipment: Securely pack the item and provide us with a valid tracking number.

  4. Inspection: Once received, our technical team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.

5. Refunds & Credits

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

  • PayPal/Digital Wallets: 24–48 hours.

  • Store Credit: Issued immediately as an Alletron Digital Voucher.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and software integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • In-ear headphones (if the seal is broken).

  • Software licenses or activated digital keys.

  • Customized or "Built-to-Order" hardware.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our global logistics portal.

  • Transit Times: Please note that international shipments may take between 5–15 business days depending on your location.

  • Customs: Occasionally, packages are held briefly for local customs clearance, which is beyond our control. If your tracking status hasn't updated in 5 business days, please contact contact@alletron.com and we will investigate.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our courier partners (such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS) generally operate on standard business days. Delivery will not typically occur on public holidays or bank holidays in your specific country/region. Please account for these holidays when estimating your delivery date.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Alletron ships to 99% of global postcodes. To verify yours, simply add your items to the cart and enter your address at checkout. Our system will automatically validate your postcode and provide available shipping methods.

Note: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses for high-value electronic items due to security requirements.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is currently available for domestic orders within the USA, UK, and select EU countries, provided the item is in stock at a local regional hub. For international trans-continental orders, we offer Express Shipping (5–8 business days), but next-day delivery is not guaranteed globally.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will expedite a replacement at no extra cost to you.

I live in Australia. Does this policy affect my rights under the ACL?

Not at all. For our Australian and New Zealand customers, this policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). We fully comply with all statutory guarantees regarding product quality.
